  • 1 avocado
  • 2 yellow bananas
  • 1/2 cup CR Balance
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp CR Honey Help
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender.
  2. Mix until ingredients are evenly blended.
  3. Pour into a large bowl and cover. Chill for at least 90 minutes in the fridge.
